Trip Reservation

Please use this form to submit your mission team's trip request. The form should only be used after you have checked that there is an open date available for your group on our team calendar. Please look for an email from a Mission Guatemala staff member to confirm that the week you have requested is indeed available.

Please keep in mind that in most cases, we can only accept two teams per week.

To ensure that groups have more equal access to available weeks, we feel it has become necessary to request a $500 non-refundable deposit from teams as part of the reservation process. This is a policy that Mission Guatemala had in the early days of the organization, and one that we feel is necessary to reinstate

This $500 non-refundable deposit will go towards the $2000 project fee that each team pays. We are asking that it be paid one year in advance of the date that a team is scheduled to arrive. For teams making a reservation for a week that is less than one year in the future, we ask that this deposit be paid as soon as possible.
