Please use this form to submit your mission team's trip request. The form should only be used after you have checked that there is an open date available for your group on our team calendar. Please look for an email from a Mission Guatemala staff member to confirm that the week you have requested is indeed available.
After receiving the confirmation email, you will receive an invoice for a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $500. This $500 non-refundable deposit will go towards the $2000 project donation.
